Hosting (ALL-INKL.COM)
The website is delivered by the web host ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Acting on our behalf, ALL-INKL.COM processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, time of access, requested page, browser details) to deliver the content and to defend against attacks. According to the host, its servers are located in data centres in Germany; it uses Neue Medien Münnich GmbH, Neusalza-Spremberg, to operate the data centres. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and fast website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Connection data is stored in server logs and deleted after 30 days at the latest. We have engaged our service provider heyPensio for the technical operation of the website; it acts as our processor. If you contact us by e-mail or telephone, we process your details to respond to your enquiry and to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with you (Art. 6(1)(f)). E-mails are stored in the hotel's mailbox for as long as handling your enquiry requires or statutory retention obligations apply.
Booking
If you book a room, we process the data required (name, address, contact details, details of your stay, payment details) to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to comply with legal obligations, in particular the Federal Act on Registration (Bundesmeldegesetz — BMG) (Art. 6(1)(c)). This website does not currently include an online booking system; if one is added, we will update this policy to identify the provider.

Links to map services (Google Maps and OpenStreetMap) take you to the relevant provider only when you click them. No maps are embedded, and this website sends no data to those providers before you click.
